A.  LICENSE: The author (Tobias Huellmandel Softwareentwicklung) provides you
 the Software 'PanoramaStudio 4 (Pro)', which contains further
 an electronic documentation and a license file ('License.txt')
 and grants you a license for using this product in accordance with
 the following conditions.

B. LICENSE GRANTS:
1. You may use the unregistered Software for a period of 30 days after
   the first installation for testing purposes, after that you have to buy
   a license key to register for the full version on http://www.tshsoft.com
   or you have to uninstall the Software.
2. You may install and use a copy of the registered Software on a single
   desktop or laptop computer.
3. You may transfer a registered copy of the Software to another person
   only if you transfer all rights granted by this license.
4. You may duplicate and distribute the unregistered shareware version of the
   Software as long as the distribution takes place with the un-modified setup file
   and free of charge.

C. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS:
1. You may not use or copy this Software in a way other than allowed in this
   License.
2. You shall not use an UNREGISTERED copy of the Software after the end
   of the evaluation period, which ends 30 days after the first
   installation.
3. You may not alter, modify, adapt, or translate the Software, or
   decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software.
   Excepted from this are third-party libraries. For these libraries
   the license terms and conditions of their respective authors are applied. 
4. You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based
   upon the Software.

D. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF QUALITY,
   MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
   IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA, COSTS OF
   PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES OR ANY SPECIAL,
   CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, UNDER ANY CAUSE OF ACTION
   AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THE AUTHOR HAVE BEEN ADVISED
   OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY
   NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED
